Shipping and Handling
We aim to dispatch your order within seven days of receiving it, so please allow up to 14 days before contacting us.
Returns Policy
Although we endeavor to ensure the best quality of our products, occasionally a product may be faulty. To return a faulty or damaged product please send to the address below along with your invoice number and return address; we will replace the item or provide a refund via WorldPay, whichever you prefer.
28 Day Money Back Policy
To ensure our customers can buy in confidence, we offer a 28 day money back guarantee on Gee-Swing™. Simply return the Gee-Swing™ undamaged within 28 days of purchase for a no questions asked refund. Please provide the invoice number and the WorldPay receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Gee-Swing™ must be returned undamaged, in full working order, in its original packaging with all of the contents, with proof of purchase, to the address below. This money back guarantee does not include the P&P charge. You are responsible for the return carriage to us.
Interpretation
These conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Gee-Swing and the customer agree to submit any dispute to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
